Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
